🥘 Is it just our overly protective selves, or does March basically seem like a casserole conspiracy? 🤔😂 Well, as we do with insurance 🛡️—trying to prevent all kinds of losses—we don't want you to miss out on any celebrations, so we tossed it all in. Future-you will thank you —and that's always our goal!

Instructions:
1️⃣ Boil chicken with broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Simmer 15-20 mins until tender. Shred.
2️⃣ Sauté onions in olive oil (5 mins), add garlic (1 min), then stir in spinach, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until wilted. Mix in toasted pecans.
3️⃣ Combine Greek yogurt, shredded cheese, Dijon, thyme, and smoked paprika. Stir in chicken and spinach-pecan mix.
4️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread cooked brown rice in a baking dish, top with chicken mixture, and sprinkle 1 cup cheese.
5️⃣ Bake immediately for 25 mins until golden. Divide remaining into freezer-and-oven-safe containers, cool, seal, and freeze (up to 3 months).
6️⃣ To bake from frozen, cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 35 mins.
