Job Description:

We’re looking for a customer service superstar to join our team as a Service Writer/Customer Service Representative. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and can keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle needs.
- Coordinate with mechanics to ensure accurate service estimates and timelines.
- Keep track of appointments and manage scheduling.
- Handle basic computer tasks, including data entry and email correspondence.
- Stay on task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

- A likable, people-oriented personality – you should genuinely enjoy working with others.
- A self-starter who can take initiative and run the day-to-day operations.
- Someone who is very organized and can juggle multiple tasks without losing track of the details.
- Basic computer skills – you don’t need to be a tech wizard, but you should be comfortable with everyday software.
- Someone who loves people (and maybe dogs, too!).
