This Sunday!!!! June 7, 12:00-2:30pm we have a beginner yoga friendly workshop for all who are interested in learning more about arm balances and inversions!

Come away with the “how tos” for working on these intriguing postures. Explore progressions to build up into these poses plus tips and tricks from physics and anatomy to help you align and fly with more ease.

In this workshop, we’ll engage in a full class while workshopping and breaking down these complex postures into simpler steps. Tap into your courage and get ready for a fun adventure, laughing, and exploring these postures together!

Kristen Boccumini has a M.S. in Exercise Science & Rehabilitation and over 20 years of experience teaching yoga with additional training in functional core strength. Kristen is a PSU Kinesiology faculty and also co-owner of Yoga Lab.
