St. Louis area preferred
$18–$20/hour | typically 8-10 hours/week

Smart Rehab brings outpatient quality physical therapy to you, in your home. We're now seeing patients in Northern Kentucky, and we'd love to help more families who could benefit from care without the hassle of getting to a clinc.

Common reasons people reach out:
• recent fall / high fall risk
• unsteady walking, balance issues, or fear of falling
• weakness, low endurance, or “slowing down” after illness or hospitalization
• arthritis pain and difficulty moving around safely
• need a home safety evaluation (equipment + fall prevention)

Smart Rehab is perfect for older adults who prefer the convenience and comfort of therapy in their own home.

We are not home health, so patients do not need to be homebound.

Ideal patients include older adults dealing with:

- difficulty walking or unsteady gait
- falls or near falls
- pain limiting daily function
- declining strength or endurance
- post surgical recovery (hip/kneee/back/shoulder)
- Parkinson's, stroke, or other neurological conditions
- need for a home safety or equipment assessment

If getting to a clinic is tough, or they want more focused, one-on-one time, we bring the care to them.
