Care Connections

We are a community organization with the goal to help empower our community and our members of St John’s Lutheran Church and School by connecting you to resources and support . We offer support groups and counseling for anyone who is going through a crisis. We provide referrals to existing resource agencies filling in the gaps to develop and provide services that are not offered to our community members, but are much needed.
