Weigh in, pictures, measurements are done every 2 weeks to help track your progress and make sure some body parts aren't growing to quickly or at all. Sometimes exercises may need to be changed or taken out of your program to make sure that your body stays symmetrical.

My operating hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturday's hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 pm, this day is an extra $25. Sunday's hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 pm, this day is an extra $35.

Cardio Program is for heart health, burning fat and weight loss. This program is for all people of every fitness background. From those wanting to lose a couple of pound or those looking for that elusive six pack! This group trains from two to four times a week. Beginners Training: $45 Per Session
Beginners Weight Training consists of people new to resistance training. Little to no resistance training experience. This program is mid-level paced, designed get you start training and help you understand form, exercise order and muscle groups. People is this group is generally looking for overall fitness and weight loss. This group usually trains two to three times a week. Pro Training: $75 Per Session
This group is designed for people looking who have been training on their own for a while and looking for muscle definition. This training will be very strenuous, you should expect the hardest workout possible and get the BEST results you’ve ever seen. This group trains three to five times a week. Individual Programs: $250
Individual Programs are for people that are familiar with weight training but are unsure of how to put a program together. With one week of training you can follow the program on your own. This program will give you all the tools needed to succeed. The program will be written out for you with your weights for each exercise. You will also have videos to show you every exercise and every piece of equipment that you will use. This program also comes with a cardio program. Also available: Meal Plans @ $150 Each!
