Unpopular statement this time of year….
But I didn’t do anything to “earn” these candy bars 😱😱😱
Actually, that’s kind of a lie if you take into account that I prioritize my fitness and nutrition 80-90% of the time 😉😉
But I don’t exercise to “earn food,” I exercise to keep my body healthy, strong, and functional.
And sometimes, I eat chocolate in bed. Cause I feel like it and I can ❤️❤️
