Love to see the look of new windows replacing broken out old windows from decades ago. This warehouse being converted from uninhabitable to someone's home and office was fun. We removed, sealed, framed, and then insulated the openings for the window installer to put them in and wrap our work. Black and brick is beautiful.

Summer is almost over and the fall is a great time to open up a wall and add french doors for a rooftop patio, pool, or deck in your backyard. This project was from last year. We removed a glass block window, framed in the door, infilled the brick, added a transom window, insulated with flashing, and then matched the brick with stain. The building used jumbo bricks so recycled bricks was the only option and coloring pigment worked to match the building as much as you can after 100 years.

Removal of two layers of wood floor covered in years of paint and epoxy, relaying the the subfloor, and then installing laminate revitalized this old office addition.

This concrete floor was so old and uneven we had to grind it down for a week before self-leveling, painted, and sealing. Epoxy would have been beautiful, but I'm sure it will be upgraded in time.

When your installing a shower in a warehouse conversion, you don't have three walls and an obvious perimeter. The owner wanted a linear drain and oversized shower pan so we had to install a sloped concrete pan around the drain before tile. It's on the second floor so going down wasn't an option, just up. The finished bathroom is the 3rd picture and turned out awesome.
