30 years ago this week Julie, Raye, and I opened the doors of the very first stand alone Spinning location outside of California (2nd one in the world…Johnny G’s Headquarters was the first!)…St. Louis’ Original Spinning on Brentwood Blvd. It was an amazing time recruiting instructors who had never heard of, forget had actually taken a class; but we had an amazing first group of instructors led by Dan Schmatz, Mary Ann Funke Kuehl, Brian Vickers, and several others!! Over the next few weeks I will be posting lots of pictures representing the best of STL Spinning!
