Perform 314

Even when you’re a trainer and know different exercises to do, it’s a constant learning journey and it’s fun to challenge yourself and learn from others. My family is in the middle of a 4 week challenge with One Body LA. It’s nice not having to plan and just popping on YouTube and getting after it. Best part is it can be done while at home with your kiddos, and if you’re lucky like me, they do it with you!

Improvement doesn’t happen inside the comfort zone

Like many others, Covid took away quite a bit of our opportunities that we were looking forward to. It has been hard being away from what we love to do for so long, but we’re back! Back to serving the STL sports scene helping athletes become quicker, faster, stronger and more agile. Perform 314 is a certified, insured LLC sports training company serving youth sports teams and individual athletes ranging from elementary school through college.
