Bridget teaches mindfulness meditation as a spiritual practice and as a tool for stress reduction. She holds an MA in Theology and a BS in Occupational Therapy. Please note: from time to time the meeting is cancelled. To find out when if we are meeting, send your email address and you will be put on the mailing list to receive notifications about cancellations, a weekly reminder to tune in to the group and notes with video recording of the session.
