This month NAMI celebrates Bebe Moore Campbell National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month. Unfortunately, people of color continue to experience disparity in the Mental Health arena in terms of treatment all while fighting the stubborn walls of stigmatization. This month remember: ALL MINDS MATTER!!!
We NEED trusted spaces and support for our men who may be struggling IN life!! Strength is often characterized as an absence of struggle but the very opposite is true! Strength is personified when life’s issue arise and we use everything available to assist us through those seasons. God is the primary source of that strength but He uses others to exhibit that strength by offering support. Check your squad, identify your helper that the Helper has placed in your path!!!
