"MEL STYLE REALITY & TRUTH"
REALITY: This post is NOT about motivating clients
TRUTH: This post is a vulnerable moment.
A mindset, a moment of raw truth, and reminder; WE ARE ALL FIGHTING OUR WAY BACK!
REALITY: I'm tired, scared, and burnt out.
I have been FEELING all around defeated and exghausted.
TRUTH: A "Professional Trainer & Motivator" should NEVER admit, much less support these thoughts....right?
REALITY: OVER 50% of small business owners will fail to reopen their business post pandemic
TRUTH: The % that will succeed will directly depend on...RELENTLESS DRIVE TO OVERCOME.
REALITY: Relentless Drive will be tested to it's limits.
TRUTH: 10 Years of 7 day double shift work weeks....just to make it BEFORE PANDEMIC.
The thought of 10 more years, just to get back to the beginning of the race AGAIN...

REALITY: I Have gained 10 pounds in 4 weeks
TRUTH: My mental health is more important than the number on a scale.
REALITY: The journey of creating, teaching and having MOTIVATION comes with ups & downs
TRUTH: I WILL ALWAYS SHAKE OFF THE MESS & KEEP TAKING ONE MORE STEP FORWARD
REALITY: L3STRONG FITNESS FAMILY has been built with a STRONG FOUNDATION Of relationships and fitness bonds.
TRUTH: I am so happy to have a fitness family to fight for "ALL OF US" To get back to STRONG!
