This week we sent out a request for quotes on a countertop for a master bathroom - 16.5 sq ft. or material.

The bids came back $1950, $2350, and $2950.
Exactly the same material and same specs. EXACTLY!

We knew $1950 was to high and a $1000 spread on a small countertop job is insane! We alway want what is best for our client so we sent the specs to one of the Big Box stores.

In the end our client got the countertop we selected and paid $700 less than the lowest quote we received from three fabricators recommended by the local distributor of the material.

This is a reflection of the current market and how we do all we can to insure our clients pay a fair price for whatever material or item we select for their project.
