Congratulations to Brian and Tiffianay Penson for the completion of the purchase of their lease purchase home!!! They are now homeowners and their new monthly payment is over $100 lower ( than the rent payment ) even with their taxes & insurance rolled into the mortgage. Thanks to Jacob Day with Carrington Mortgage for a great job on the FHA loan and thanks to Continental Title for a smooth closing!!! The Pensons were great to work with, they were in the home for 4 years prior to purchasing making this one of the longest lease purchases we have ever done!!!!

Congratulations to Frederick and Elaine Johnson on the purchase of their home!!!!! Frederick and Elaine met with me a little over 3 years ago and we helped them get a contract and move into a great home in Florissant with our lease to purchase program!!! The home was totally rehabbed with a finished lower level, now their new mortgage payment is lower than their old rental payment, even with the taxes and insurance. You can be next!!!

Congratulations to Jeri Villareal for the purchase of her great home in South City (Shaw) area!!!!! Jeri did a lease purchase and recently closed on her home. Jerri was so diligent she really worked really hard to make the purchase of her home a reality... have so much respect for this young lady, her and her family really love the home and I'm so glad that she is now a homeowner!!! Big Congrats to Damian Morrow and Latoya Hester for finalizing the purchase of their beautiful home in Bridgeton. Damian did a lease purchase on the home in October of 2015 and was able to secure his FHA loan and purchase this past Friday. He and his girlfriend were great to work with!!!!
