What is Culture?
Culture is the context in which everything else takes place.
If we don’t understand how culture shapes communication and how our interactions shape culture, we’ll struggle and never understand why.

Regardless, if it is an organization or a municipality, your culture already exists right now!
Whether you planned it or not, you either have a Culture by Design or a Culture by Default.

The first step is understanding the "3 Cs" of your leadership posture…
