Fueled by her love of music, travel, and wellness, Sadie Hart from Saint Louis, MO has made a name for herself in creative circles around the globe. From studying music and theatre in London, to headlining shows in the New York City songwriting scene, to practicing yoga in the jungles of Costa Rica, Sadie strives to be well, serve well, and turn her experiences into song. Beatles, The Everly Brothers, Bob Dylan, and the Great American
Songbook from her extensive musical theatre background, Sadie’s award-winning songs have garnered praise—most recently, her song “Dirty Little Secret” nabbed a spot in the American Songwriter Magazine Lyric Contest (The Memphis Issue). In 2013, Sadie left NYC to complete her 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teaching Certification in Costa Rica, and relocated from to Nashville, TN. She continued her yoga education in Yoga For Trauma and Addiction, Bhakti Yoga, and is a certified Y12SR Leader, and in 2017 went back to Costa Rica to facilitate a Bhakti Yoga Training with her teachers, One Movement. In 2018 Sadie returned to the US and completed a solo tour from Nashville to Los Angeles and back, and released her single, "Show-Me-State" on the Summer Solstice in 2019. During the pandemic, Sadie has hunkered down in Nashville. She completed her 300-Hour Advanced Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher Training in the Fall of 2020 with Indra Yoga Institute, and studied Bhakti Yoga under Janet Stone. She trained in Level 1 & 2 in Authentic Relating, a conscious communication framework, with ART International. Sadie currently leads devotional music gatherings and teaches bhakti yoga on the meditation app, Insight Timer, and is working on two albums.
