CarriageWorks in the news!
“Central West End developer Jeff Winzerling of Versa Development said he views City Foundry as complementary rather than competition to the area. Winzerling is behind the $8 million Carriage Works project that involves mixed-use redevelopment of a former carriage manufacturing site at 3950 Laclede Ave. His project has signed on a soon-to-open restaurant, Chico Bueno, as a tenant. One of Chico Bueno’s co-owners, Jordan Goodman, previously worked in a management role at the nearby Narwhal's Crafted. Goodman’s decision to return to the neighborhood shows confidence in its future, Winzerling said.”
