This video breaks down why this was effective. A lot of people will think, “I don’t have the energy to do this every time I give my child a direction.” I get that. You don’t need to do this every time you guide your child. That’s why you learn lots of tools to put in your tool belt. Then, you’ll have CHOICES about what to do in the moment. This is one tool.
