Welcome, March! You're a day late! That's ok, though -- so am I!
I want to hear some health and fitness goals people have. Comment below! Setting monthly goals can really help shape new positive behavior. It could be as simple as "I want to do 20 push ups a day, every day when I wake up" or "I'm going to keep a daily meal log".
Maybe you dont have a goal/goals in mind. In that case, just try to think of challenges you have...or even things you do not particularly enjoy doing, but know you need to. Comment them here, too and let's see if we can get some healthy goals started to March your way into Spring.
