All you need is a pair of dumbbells and room to walk 🔥

Farmer Carry’s work so well because they target your full body

You’ll be working on your strength, endurance, coordination and core.

Do this exercise at least three times a week and watch the gains come thru 👊🏾

Weights up, muscles up, fats down. 🫡

I haven’t been able to workout like I want to at all since I’m still healing from the MDK Project.

I shouldn’t have been working out the way I was (I did anyways) made my injuries worse, and am now dealing with the consequences (ikr what’s new)

It’s good to have different ways to exercise
Ex: boxing, weight lifting, yoga etc

It’s also good to have different ways of coping with and reducing stress.

Listen to your body, listen to your mind. Work your plan and adjust when you need to

Bend, don’t break.
