Introducing our 10th episode‼️
Are you a fan of the Mars Exploration Rover Missions? Want to know what the rovers can tell us about the history of Mars and how it helps us better understand our own planet? In this episode, we talk to Ray Arvidson, Professor of Earth and Planetary Sciences and director of the Earth and Planetary Remote Sensing Laboratory 🌎 at WashU.
Professor Arvidson conducts research on planetary surfaces such as Mars and Venus ☄️🔭 and has lead the science teams for multiple NASA missions to Mars 🚀. We talked about what the rovers on Mars have observed, such as hydrothermal vents and craters, and if they mean there was ever a suitable environment for carbon-based life 👽 on the now apparently vacant planet.
If you are a space travel fanatic 🛸 and want to know about the current progress on the search for extraterrestrial life, check out this amazing interview.
Where should hospitals funnel the most money into? 💰 What is the most equitable payment model? 📈How do we make care more accessible across vulnerable populations? 🏥 If you have ever asked any of these questions, this episode is so for you.
