Crux KC is a Kansas City marketing firm (and the city’s first “un-agency”) that combines executive-level marketing and business strategy to provide a simple, smart, affordable outsourced marketing solution for clients. She is also an “On Air Radio Personality” on KPRS Hot 103 Jamz and her entertainment name is Deona HuSTLe. KPRS Hot 103 Jamz is the oldest continually Black family-owned radio station in the United States. Shae has been heavily involved in community events and interviews major celebrities & leaders such as Mayor Quinton Lucas. Shae Perry generously volunteers her time to serve on UMKC's School of Humanities and Social Sciences Alumni Board. at University of Missouri - Kansas City. She has also emceed D1 Men’s & Women’s Sports and continues to host events that engage our communities.
