One last Range Day before they ship out... ๐Ÿฆ…

One last trigger press before the real work begins. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

With our trainees heading off to their respective service academies this week, we had to get one final Range Day in before final farewells.

We started the morning putting in work on Range 3, then moved up to the sniper deck to push the distance, stretch out the caliber, and have a little fun. ๐ŸŽฏ

Incredibly proud of these future leaders and the work theyโ€™ve put in here. Go crush it. โš”๏ธ

No clocks. No scheduled breaks. No known end time.

Hell Day 2026 stripped away the fluff and forced everyone to answer one question about Commitment. Character. Teamwork. Grit. Resilience. Trustworthiness.

Are they just words you throw around, or are you actively putting them into action?

They arenโ€™t concepts you memorize for a speech or an interview. They are the actions you take when your body is begging you to quit, and you CHOOSE to lift the log anyway and be there for the teammate next to you.

True growth doesnโ€™t happen when things are easy; it happens when you embrace the hardest moments, lean on the person next to you, and refuse to drop the standard.

If you want to grow, you have to embrace the unknown. Anyone can say the right things. Out here, talk is cheap. You have to execute. Stop talking. Walk the walk.

Huge thanks go out to our Cadre for the day - 2LT Maggie Pennington, Cadet Nate Lovera and MIDN Allie Maloney for giving their time and expertise to the Squad yesterday. We are truly grateful.

Putting the skills to the test. ๐Ÿงญ๐Ÿฅพ

The last 48 hours have been an absolute grind focused some core pillars of military readiness: PT, Land Navigation, and Leadership. Here is a look at how our trainees stepped up this week:

โ€ข Earlier in the week, Maj Ketcherside and Cadet Lovera delivered a comprehensive Land Nav brief to lay down the foundational tactics.
โ€ข We were incredibly honored to host Commander Mitchell, who visited the class to share invaluable advice and mentorship with our trainees as they prepare to embark on their military careers.
โ€ข Today, it was time to leave the classroom behind. Trainees headed deep into the field to put their map-reading and navigation skills to the ultimate test.

At PTF, we are all about the grind and growth. We are constantly growing, reflecting on areas of improvement, and doing whatever it takes to help the team succeed. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ
