Unfortunately, I have to advise all people not to order from due to their inability to meet preorder obligations, and abhorrent customer service.

I preordered and in January 2025 the moment preorders went up. I knew it wouldn’t ship until April 2025. There were updates I followed in the site… I reached out to customer service (only a support email provided) starting in June. I only received one response from “Brian” in Sept 2025 with claims due to their small ops they were still working on it.

I understand the pains of operations regarding small businesses, but I am having a hard time understanding the exact reasoning that a pre-order that was paced in January of 2025, originally scheduled for April 2025 release, coincidentally a shipping label was created in July 2025 after two non-response emails in June 2025, Saw the website update in August (still no direct response or communication on my direct queries), Brian wasn’t able to provide me an update on the status in September 2025 when I emailed a third time (after receiving no response the prior two times in June), and still hasn’t arrived as of December 1, 2025?

I remained more than patient and understanding throughout this process. All contact and responses from Funeral Party fell off and now Brian’s email is deactivated.

To add insult to injury, I get an email about “left over” copies of Raw Blue available for purchase.

I’ve never received my preorder, nor refunded for the items I never received.

Disclaimer: this is my only public platform and after multiple attempts to get responses privately, I’ve seen no resolve. I hate to air out personal issues here, but I am at a loss and beyond frustrated.
