CrossFit MKT presents R.E.D. WOD and Blue🇺🇸 This 2 person - same s*x - team event is being held on Saturday, June 7th to honor those who serve.

We are partnering with VALORFIT this year and donating 10% of the proceeds from the event. VALORFIT supports veterans and pairs them with communities to help rebuild their confidence while providing financial aid for their gym membership. You can find out more on Instagram .
