WE ARE EVER STUDENTS IN THE SCHOOL OF LIFE

For those looking to go deeper into Yoga, Philosophy, Holistic Wellness, Anatomy, Bodywork and more, I have added a new page to my website www.bodybybrian.com/library

Though it is just in its beginning stages, I will present all the resources I use to develop my practice and understanding of human health and wellness. I hope to also share my own educational content regarding these topics. For instance, you can check out the lecture slides from my recent presentations during October Yoga at The BodyHoliday!

There will be much more coming soon, all Free to access (other than the books I recommend, those you probably have to buy)
