Attention friends and fellow musicians! 🎺
This is a PSA to take care of yourself. Listen to your body when it needs some rest. It's okay to reset every once in a while. I've been dealing with some tendonitis in my left arm recently, but I believe i'm on the right track now. One of the worst feelings ever is not being able to pick up your instrument and play it as well as you know you can. I had been playing alot (not an insane amount) but it started bugging me a bit, so I kept pushing. I'm not sure if resting earlier could have helped prevent it a bit more, but it surely wouldn't have hurt. Hopefully i'll be back to playing again in the next week or 2 and I can keep working on Tuqord album number 2!! I started writing some songs for it in the past couple months and i'm very excited to return back to it!!
