Fall isn’t just a season—it’s a feeling.
Something about grilling in cool weather hits the soul different. The air is crisp, the fire is warm, and life slows down just enough to taste it.

Out here cooking Mongolian beef and grilled fall vegetables over the Grill, and it reminded me—food always tastes better outside. Maybe it’s the way its cooked, maybe it’s the peace, maybe it’s the people around the fire… but this is what fall cooking is all about.

No rush. No hurry. Just flavor, fire, and moments that matter.

If you’re not grilling in the fall—you’re missing the best season for it.
What are you throwing on the grill this week?

Still buzzing from the concert last night — their first ever show in SLC and they did not miss. opened and set the stage for a magical night. Live music just hits different when the lyrics already mean something to you.

Huge shoutout to my wife for the birthday surprise and for always knowing exactly what I need — even when I don’t say it. Best gift.

Some moments don’t wait. Neither should we.
Too many dreams get lost in the land of “later”… but life doesn’t hand out rainchecks. If it matters—start. Climb. Build. Become. Today.

Every sunrise is a chance to choose action over excuses. The view is always worth the climb.
If you’re done waiting for someday, this is your sign.

Drop a 💯 if you’re choosing action today.

💙 I’m blown away 💙

Because of YOU—our Aggie family—we raised $352,364 in just 24 hours during A Day of Giving. That’s a 16.4% increase from last year, and every single dollar goes directly to help student at USU.

I get to see every day how scholarships change lives.
They keep students in school when life gets heavy.
They reward hard work and resilience.
They open doors that might’ve stayed closed.

To every donor, advocate, alumni, student, and friend who shared, gave, or lifted this effort—thank you. You didn’t just make a gift. You made an impact that lasts.

Proud to be an Aggie. Grateful to be part of this community. Let’s keep building something meaningful—together.

There’s no better way to take in fall in Utah than on horseback. This morning, the boys and I teamed up with for a ride through the mountains—and it was pure magic. From golden aspens to that crisp mountain air, it felt like stepping into a western postcard.

Whether you’re planning a family adventure, date getaway, or bucket-list ride, this is the spot to make those fall memories last.

• Located in Heber Valley, Utah — they offer scenic horseback rides year-round, and trust me… you’ll leave wanting to come back.

This is my reset button.
There’s just something about kayaking and being out on the water that clears my mind and fills my soul.

Whether it’s a calm lake, a winding river, or a sunset paddle, being outside reminds me to slow down and breathe deeper. Nature has a way of bringing clarity that screens never can.

If you’re feeling stuck, stressed, or just need a mental refresh—get outside. Chase the sun. Paddle your way to peace.

📍Cache Valley has some of the best hidden gems for outdoor adventures, and I’m soaking in every moment.
