I take great chart notes for all my clients and sometimes over vid classes I do "art" to illustrate the fulcrum and drive we are trying to achieve in a pose.
It worked!!!
After a lot of attempts this "art" plus the cue of let your lower back hang relaxed got it!

Flying plank anyone? This pose allows for building core strength in isotonics and pelvic floor work.
Or you can add crunches and bicycle to get into isometric cardio!
Especially good for folks who struggle with plank on the floor. This is quite fun and good for folks needing to modify due to achilles tendon injury
