This Cucumber Mango Avocado Salad is your new go-to summer side. Juicy mango, creamy avocado, crisp cucumber—all tossed in zesty lime and herbs. No cooking needed! Perfect with tacos, grilled meat, or on its own.

🛒 Ingredients:
1 ripe mango, diced

1 avocado, diced

1 cup cucumber, sliced (Persian or English)

2 tbsp red onion, finely sliced

Juice of 1 lime

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp fresh cilantro or mint, chopped

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped

👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions:
1️⃣ Dice mango, avocado, and cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
2️⃣ Thinly slice red onion and (optional) jalapeño.
3️⃣ In a large bowl, add all chopped ingredients.
4️⃣ Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
5️⃣ Add salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
6️⃣ Gently toss to combine.
7️⃣ Serve chilled and enjoy!

The Best Apple Pie
We love using a variety of apples in our pie; it adds both flavor and texture and makes every bite a little different. Vodka in the pie crust makes the dough easier to work with, and since the alcohol burns off during baking, it doesn't impart any flavor. But feel free to use bourbon or apple brandy instead to complement the filling.

Mile-High Summer Berry Pie
What makes this pie unique is that the filling is made up of uncooked berries, rather than berries that have been cooked until hot and bubbly. This pie uses a blend of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries, but feel free to use only one berry or even add sliced strawberries inside yours!
