Almost ever service call includes replaced service valves and caps, and capacitors.

Protect your AC unit from leaking expensive refrigerant! Some companies are charging close to $200 a pound for R22. One of the frequent culprits is leaking service valves and caps. A is a plastic cap. B is a brass cap with a flare seal. Both of these are well known for leaking. You can go to any supply house and pick up a package of C or D. C is a brass hex cap with an o-ring seal. D is the same but knurled round with an o-ring. Pick up a package and share with family and friends and possibly save a service call!

Save yourself a service call!

Do you have a gas furnace that is not firing consistently? It will fire up, but not run for more than a few seconds or a few minutes? Maybe you have a dirty flame sensor. These are easily cleaned yourself with a scratch pad or plumbers cloth.

Almost every unit with these plastic service valve caps leak. We replace them every time we come across them with top grade caps at no charge.

Welcome to High Point HVAC, LLC!

I was tired of spending exorbitant prices for quick and shoddy work. Every job gets a full checkup to prevent problems before losing heating or cooling for a fair price.

Gotta love those squirrels! They used the exhaust pipe to store this nut.

This unit was new less than 2 years ago by one of the "big boys" in town for over $600 for this then $130 part. This is the kind of workmanship that partly inspired me to get into HVAC. My price today for this would be about $250.

I do my work like I want it done for me, done right the first time.

Incorrectly installed gasket caused excessive heat and inefficient operation.
