Big thank you to Cuyahoga County Safe Communities/Greater Cleveland Safe Kids for spending time with our 12 & under athletes this yesterday!
Their session focused on injury prevention—covering the importance of warming up, stretching properly, staying hydrated, and understanding how to recognize signs of a concussion.
It was practical and hands-on. Our young athletes walked away with real tools they can use every day, on and off the track.
We’re so grateful for Safe Kids and the work they do to protect and empower families across Greater Cleveland. Thank you for pouring into our team!
