Miss Illinois County Fair Queen Pageant

Received some wonderful Southern hospitality at our last zone meeting today! And thank you to Heartland Lavender Farm for the special treat🪻

I thoroughly enjoyed visiting each group of county fair queens these past couple of weeks before we all embark to the Crowne Plaza in 60 days!

Last day for me at the DuQuoin State Fair. As I wait in the airport to head back to school I began reminiscing on the weekend and I’m thankful for the memories made and the people I met/caught up with at the last fair of the summer! Thank you to everyone and congratulations exhibitors! Best of luck to all the beef cattle and sheep exhibitors next weekend! The fair runs through September 4 be sure to stop in DuQuoin and enjoy the last State Fair of the summer.🍀🎡

A little late on my day 10 & 11 post as I started my Senior year at Oklahoma State University yesterday!🧡 The last 2 days of the Illinois State Fair was busy from contests, to dairy and horse shows, climbing the rock wall in conservation world, sliding down the Big Route 66 Slide, to making a new best friend in Liam as we ran through the pig barn and departed with the sweetest little and mighty hug! As another Illinois State Fair passes many begin to look forward to next year, but don’t forget about the DuQuoin State Fair this coming weekend August 25 through September 4!
