It’s exciting for us to see our team members constantly leveling up with new Shopify certifications and training! Professional development is in full swing at Classy Llama. Congratulations to these team members on earning their recent Shopify certifications in Fundamentals, Development, and Marketing!

Earlier this fall, we began shining a spotlight on the eight values that shape our culture. Each month through 2025, we’re continuing the series, honoring the teammates who bring those values to life.

The next value is Courageous Leadership.

Leadership takes courage—courage to take risks, to try something new, and to step up when it matters most. We don’t shy away from making bold decisions or guiding our clients toward greater value. And when the status quo isn’t good enough, we’re not afraid to challenge it. That’s what courageous leadership looks like to us.

This month, Paul Ebisch was named the team member who demonstrates Courageous Leadership the most.
