YUM!!! This galette that Rosie and I made the other night was amazing! The pioneer woman’s all butter pie crust with herbs d Provence added, French onion cheese (I’m obsessed!😍), a pack of our drumsticks cooked in the crockpot and shredded, asparagus, peas, kale all topped with more sweet Rowan alpine cheese! Then brushed with their milk…. Are you sensing a theme? We’re big fans! Toss in the oven at 400°for 25 or 30 minutes, turn once to bake evenly and you’re in heaven! So easy, delicious, nutritious, mostly local and makes great dinner, lunch, breakfast and leftovers!

Hard boiled eggs are a serious must have in our house! Easy travel snack that’s a full meal and high in protein in its own little package.
