Project 99 counseling services are designed to strengthen the family unit and improve the youth's functioning in their natural environment. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life in communities by providing culturally competent services that empower children and families. Services are primarily rendered to persons between the ages of five and eighteen with emotional and behavioral challenges.
