I’ve done a lot of 3D designing and prototypes for activities and it was nice to put them all together for this gift.

Added option to add an elevation profile insert to the hex topographic route holder. Next I’m going to add option for text at the top.

Two new designs today adding to the gravel cycling collection. First is a base for the hex route with 3D elevation. Second is an elevation graph inset for the number plate holder.
Another day of 3D designs and some prototypes for possible number plate holders for the expo this year. These colored prints really pop with last year’s number plates. 3D printing has all kinds of ideas flowing in my head!
Here’s my solution to remove dried glue in seconds on panels. Before I glue I lightly clamp both ends and wipe paste wax along the glue lines on both faces. Glue it up and ignore until the next day, then use a paint scraper and watch the dried beads fly off. Wax comes off when you sand and no issues finishing.
