1. Clean the condenser coil on the outdoor unit
2. Clean debris from the bottom weep holes of the outdoor unit
3. Check the fan motor for proper operation and the fan blades to make sure there are no cracks
4. Check compressor/fan contactor
5. Check compressor/fan capacitor (microfarad reading matches rating)
6. Check suction and liquid line pressures
7. Replace and date the filter
8. Clean and flush the indoor A-coil drain pan and P-trap
9. Check the thermostat for normal operation
10. Start and check the outdoor unit for normal operation
