Stretching isn’t indicated for a groin strain early on due to the mechanism of injury often being overstretching causing small tearing of the muscles.
Groin strains can be to your adductor muscles, hamstrings, or hip rotators.
I like using these isometric type exercises for early to advanced stage rehab.
