-When using topical products like Retin-A, Differin, Renova, or other acne medications (must be off for at least 3 weeks prior to waxing)

-If you’ve recently taken oral acne medication, such as Accutane (Must be off for 6–12 months)

-If you have any open sores, acne, or warts in the treatment area

-If you’re taking blood thinners or antibiotics

-If you’re currently using harsh scrubs or Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs)

-If you’ve tanned/been excessively exposed to the sun in the last 24–48 hours
