Yesterday I told you about the night everything cracked.
Here’s what twenty years of walking women through the same unraveling has taught me: it happens in three stages.
The Performing Self. The version of you built to keep everyone comfortable. Earn approval. Keep the peace. It works, for a while.
The Reckoning. The moment, big or small, where performing stops working. You get the promotion, the relationship, the trophy, and you feel nothing where you expected to feel proud. Most women think something is wrong with them here. Nothing is wrong. Something is finally right.
The Becoming. The messy, real process of finding out who you actually are, underneath who you built.
This is the map I use with every client, whether we get there through coaching, a reading, or a sound healing session. Different doors, same three rooms.
