We get asked this all the time: "When should you resurface a pool instead of just cleaning it?"
Here's the honest answer: Resurface when the interior feels rough to the touch, shows persistent staining that chemicals won't remove, or has visible cracks and pitting. Surface cleaning only addresses debris, not structural deterioration.
