One thing we’re not talking about enough with GLP-1 medications:
When appetite drops, nutrient needs don’t.
Experts stress prioritizing nutrient-dense foods since people often eat less—so every bite counts:• Protein for muscle• Hydration• Fiber• Vitamins and minerals• Antioxidant-rich foods
That’s why we created LionBerry.
Not a GLP-1 drink or a miracle—just a regenerative hydration beverage made from real ingredients:💜 American elderberry💜 Tart cherry💜 Lion’s Mane💜 Local honey💜 Butterfly pea flower
When you eat less, what you choose matters more.
Recovery isn’t just for athletes—it’s giving your body something worthwhile, even on low-appetite days.

On the Butterfly Bobtail Squid, Freshly Hatched
The adult tops out at seventeen millimeters. The baby, then, is a rounding error with opinions.
It lives somewhere between one hundred seventy-five and three hundred forty meters down — a depth with no seasons, no weather, and no reason to be pretty. And yet. Verrill named it leucoptera in 1878: Greek for white wing, after its ridiculously conspicuous fins. He pulled it out of the Gulf of Maine, looked at this dime-sized nothing with its enormous eyes and its silver flanks, and decided the correct scientific descriptor was butterfly. Nobody has improved on this.
Its underside is a shield. Inside the shield is a bag. Inside the bag are bacteria that glow, Vibrio fischeri, which it did not make and cannot make and must acquire from the open water like everyone else. So the squid's one talent — the light — is on loan. It is a landlord. It flutters through the dark mesopelagic in a costume it is renting from microbes.
And when startled, it shoots fire. Not ink. Light. A cloud of burning bacteria into the face of whatever wanted to eat it.
Seventeen millimeters. Borrowed light. Wings that aren't wings. Somewhere off the coast of Namibia right now, one of them is doing all of this, and nobody is watching, and it does not care.
