Whether it’s your first protest or your fiftieth, Protesting 101: A People’s Training is designed to ground you in the knowledge, safety, and strategy needed to show up with purpose and power.

This interactive 90-minute workshop breaks down the essentials: your rights, your safety, your role, and your voice. We believe everyone has a part to play and that protest is not just about showing up, but about showing up together.

You’ll walk away with:
A deeper understanding of the purpose and power of protest
Tools to stay safe and protect others
Knowledge of the many roles at an action (not just the front line!)
A personal protest prep plan + risk assessment tips

This training is for: New or returning protesters, youth, community members, and movement allies
