Fees go towards pool rental, team equipment,etc Since its inception in 2004, the club has been a non-profit organization. Our members range in age from mid-teens to mid-70s. We participate in every distance of

Our June Mini- Tri is just around the corner! Join us on June 16th at 6pm at Medical Lake Waterfront Park for an open water swimming clinic followed by our mini tri then a team taco bar potluck!
700m swim, 10 mile bike, 3 mile run

You’re welcome to help volunteer/come hang out even if you don’t want to complete the tri!
