This 34ft RV sleeps up to 6 and has a 2nd large bed for couples with mini bedroom with a door for privacy and is unique and beautiful!

It is allowed for pickup and tow with 3/4+ ton trucks and has some solar and perks unique to it such as a tankless water heater!

Today one of our beloved rentals, the 2017 Hideout, went home to its new family. :-) it was a beautiful drive down to Tri-Cities and a wonderful family that will get to enjoy it. We are currently seeking two Bunkhouse that are 29 32 foot to join our fleet! I even have wait listed bookings for them!

What is consignment you ask? Good question, I shall share!

RV owners can consign their RVs with us for whatever reason. Maybe they’re upside down on it, understand passive income and want to utilize that since they don't use it really bit would like to have thecoption to still, can't sell it, don’t use it enough, just want some extra cash to help with payments, etc. (A legal business lease) You can block off days for personal use also. We handle all of the details and you stock it per our normal (a list) and we take it from there! Owners receive 50% the nightly rental rate for Trailers.

It’s a win win win for the owners, for us, and for our renters!

We are seeking:
2020 or newer
** 26-30ft bunkhouse that has full size bunks, sleeps 7+ (can be Murphy bed)
** 30-33ft with private master room, a full size sofabed (no jackknife sofas) and bunks of some kind, sleeping 7+.
** 27-30ft class c motorhome with couch and dinette layout, sleeping 7+. Must be ford v8, or a v10.

Flashback to the film housing May 2024

We got our Christmas tree downtown at the treelot Noel Mt Tree Farm at Grocery Outlet downtown this year. It is THE fullest nicest tree I've ever seen since doing a real tree starting in 2011. They are all regionally grown trees of high grade! Nordman, Grand Fir, Noble and more!
