We do so much more than just make delicious bakery items! We are constantly trying and perfecting recipes that are made with clean ingredients with none of those meat substitutes.

Pictured is fried fysh (heart of palms) and greens with some cornbread pancakes. Some of our other favorites are sourdough stuffing, Mac n cheez and catfysh nuggets(seitan).

Made with our own homemade ranch, we sure do love our food, and the healthier alternatives we can make of it all.
We used to love fried chikn, now we prefer to bake our own seitan patties, the work is worth the taste!

Key lime white chocolate chip sugar cookies!

The first batch did not turn out pretty, but they are delicious! We have a bag of key limes and only so many sweets we can eat for ourselves 😮‍💨
