Hey friends!!

I’m thinking about starting up an 8 week summer shred challenge to help you all reach your fitness goals!

There would be a fee to enter, but 1st place would receive anywhere from $200-$500 (or more- amount will depend on how many people I have interested in signing up!)

When you sign up, you would receive my summer shred 8 week program which includes both weight training and cardio. You would also receive custom calories and macros for your fitness goals! (Remember, nutrition is the most important!) lastly, you would have access to a Facebook group for everyone in the challenge to join to help cheer each other on!

Whether you want to lose weight or tone up, this challenge will be perfect for you! Gym access or access to barbells, dumbbells & cable machines are required.

If this is something you think you would be interested in, please leave me a comment or emoji below! This will really help me out so I can get an idea of how many people are interested in this challenge!
