Today is day four of our Cold Weather Clothing Drive, and our first pick up. Thank you to our residents for donating over 200 pounds of jackets, socks, and gloves to our less fortunate neighbors in need.

Our friend at the Somerville Homeless Coalition will be picking these items up today, and delivering to their clients located around Somerville.

Our first donation drop off of 75 toys is in the books! Donations were dropped off at and are being organized and readied for their final destination to local children.

Thank you to everyone that has donated so far! Our next donation drop off is scheduled for next week! Donations of new/unwrapped toys can be dropped in our lobby!

We celebrate our cleaning teams everyday, but especially today during our team lunch. This group of amazing people keep and clean and tidy, and do so with a smile.

Our giving campaign is dedicated to collecting items for our neighbors in need that are currently living outdoors. These items include tents, sleeping bags, cold weather clothing, shelf stable food, ponchos, and wool socks.

Today we made our first drop off, with another scheduled next week. Thank you to everyone that has donated so far. Donations will be collected in the lobby through the end of the month.

Today was a great day. For the third consecutive year, we were able to help our friends at here in Somerville. We took the afternoon to cook/serve lunch for 75 elderly senior neighbors, leveraged our vendor partners and residents to buy $2k worth of items to help improve their common areas, and our very maintenance team spent time after work to refreshen their employee break room. Our landscaping friends at also donated their time to help spruce up their lawns.
